AGES 5-12 Open every
Tuesday 6-7pm starting June 29th. Location: The Hope Center Olson Dr., Ansonia CT 06401 Kids can borrow
a book and exchange it each week. Tell us about
the book and you get to pick from the prize box. How Can You
Help? We are
collecting children’s books for our “Summer Reading
Adventure” suitable for ages 5-12. If you would

Every other Thursday starting June 17 we will be having Kid’s Korner! SUMMER
NEIGHBORHOOD FELLOWSHIP COOKOUT JUNE – AUGUST EVERY THURSDAY 5:30-6:30PM (weather permitting) Location: Outside the Hope Center on Olson Dr., Ansonia
CT 06401 We’ll be serving free hotdogs, hamburgers, chips and a
beverage. “THE MAIN
EVENT” BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT Saturday, September 18, 2010 (Rain Date Sept. 25) Held at the Tinney Community Center Olson Dr., Ansonia CT 06401 11am-5pm For grades Junior & Senior High School Food, Prizes, Games and Activities for all ages. The above
events are jointly sponsored by Restoring Hope Ministries, Bridge Ministry, Living Hope
Church and the Valley Salvation Army.

“The Hope Center” is for adults in a low-income housing development
in Ansonia, CT. The Hope Center offers a comfortable setting for
participants and is a resource center that includes three computer stations,
GED and job skill materials, basic computer training, support and
encouragement groups for parenting and other family issues, and also includes
an information board with resources for addiction and abuse help, etc., as
well as information on other area agencies and programs. There is second
room for the young children who accompany the adults that is equipped with
toys, books, and DVD’s. Click here for more information.

CURRENT MISSION PROJECTS
Click the graphic for details We are collecting medical supplies for Love A Child in Haiti to help in the earthquake relief efforts. “Diaper Drive
of Hope!” We
continue to collect donations of disposable diapers, size premie-one year and
sending them to Haiti. These can be new boxes and packages or
opened boxes of sizes that your child or grandchild has outgrown.
We only need to get them to Love A Child's Florida warehouse. PLEASE consider
joining us in this vital project. If you would like to send a donation to
help with our shipping costs that would also be greatly

December 2009 “Spread the
Joy!” Christmas Outreach Several hundred new toys and warm items for
children and senior citizens were distributed in the local community for
our “Spread the Joy!” Christmas
Outreach. A special thanks to all of you who helped
support these projects. We couldn't have done it without you!

ON GOING PROJECTS
We are always collecting items for our teen pregnancy
outreach. If you have any used baby items such as cribs, high chairs, car

CD Evangelism Outreach We have created a CD entitled “Is There Any Hope In
the World Today?” The message offers hope and encouragement in these trying times and is designed as an evangelism tool to be freely handed out or left somewhere for someone to find. Click here to receive a free copy |
